What to pay attention to when acquiring a job board

When you're going to buy a job board, I'd pay attention to the following things:

1. Is there already revenue that makes it worth it?
2. Are there recurring customers?
3. Are there already social media followers?
4. Is there already daily organic traffic?
5. Does it have a strong name?
6. Is the job board active in an industry that suits me?

It's important that at least 4 of the 6 questions can be answered with yes.
